Focusing on being a key expert in the collaboration tools
Consult with business customers on the best practices for our tools
Define TCM strategies and approaches on new capabilities for our customers
Collaborate with and influence business partners on the adoption of our tools
Gather requirements from customers on new capabilities
Understand our systems from a technical standpoint and translate customer needs
Create training guides, FAQs, videos, or other material as needed
Coordinate training strategies for our products as needed
Conduct training sessions, classes, and seminars
Understand business process flows and how to optimize
Create reports from a complex set of information on usage of our platforms
Be a resource for large social communities to assist in setup and answering questions
Act as the conduit between internal customers and the execution team
Minimum Qualifications :
BS or MS / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science or other related fields or equivalent experience
2+ years working as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across a globally diverse set of teams and customers
Formal or informal TCM knowledge and experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Enterprise Collaboration tools (SharePoint, Wiki, Jive, Google Apps, Office 365, etc.)
Formal or informal Instructional Design experience
Experience with reporting capabilities in Excel, PowerBI, SQL, or other toolsets
Experience working with customers on support of a product
