Internship Program is looking for : Deal Governance PMO support INTERN

Intern to work on visible, x-BU, x-function, and x-org program governing HPE solutioned / custom services. In this role, intern can expect to lead, plan, execute, and track program workstreams within program PMO, partner with various HPE departments and employee seniority levels to complete deliverables per plan, contribute to management of change activities including writing communication, process design and updates, SharePoint development / support / publication, end user training, etc.

All activities support continuation of transformation objectives of the program in FY22.

Bachelor s Degree in :

  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Finance
  • International Business
  • 5th semester and avobe

    Located in Costa Rica

    Mention Graduation Date in Resume

    Knowledge and Skills : MS Office application suite. Good verbal, written, and presentation capabilities. Agile, ability to learn new concepts quickly.

    Self-motivated, can work independently. SharePoint development preferred.

    Responsibilities : Lead workstream planning, create workstream plan in partnership with subject matter experts (SMEs), execute assigned tasks per plan, and track plan progress.

    Contribute to management of change activities including writing communication, SharePoint design, development, updates, and publication, training material / recordings production.

    Track environment performance, analyze data to identify improvements. Other activities that support continuation of transformation objectives of the program in FY22.

    Education and Experience Required : Bachelor’s degree in progress, leadership roles, project or workstream experience, experience working in a team setting.

    Bachelor s Degree in : No preference.
