The Accounting Analyst plays a key regional role in achieving theoverall business objectives by providing timely, meaningful and accurateanalysis of regional balance sheet accounts and positive liaison withaccounting leads across the region.
The Accounting Analyst mainly interactswith countries’ accounting leads and analysts and accounts payable and accountsreceivables analysts and is responsible with their help, for fostering ateamwork approach to the many challenges facing our business.
As with all positionsin the company, a positive and proactive approach is essential to success.
Preparationof bank account, intercompany, fixed assets, accruals and other balance sheetaccount reconciliations.
Journalentries, follow up and analysis.
Participationin month end close.
Analysis& explanation of significant fluctuations in balance sheet accounts
Providingalternative ideas and actions to improve the everyday procedures of theadministrative and financial department, identification of weaknesses ofcontrol and compliance.
Identifiesareas of improvement and drives standardization.
Additionalad-hoc functions and analysis as directed by the Accounting Head on site.
Goodwritten and oral English
3 to 5 years’ experience in Accounting / Record-to-Report / Big 4.
Demonstratedtrack record of high achievement in professional and / or academic setting.
Greatinterpersonal and organizational skills.
Relateswell to others, with the ability to manage diverse relationships.
Beopen and receptive, as well as demonstrate flexibility.
Showstrong proficiency in solving problems analytically.
Showstrong attention to detail and accuracy.
Patience,perseverance and able to spend extra time at closing week.
