GSC Costa Rica Product Experience Specialist

The person hired for the position of Product Experience Specialist will have responsibility to ensure the U.S. Product Catalog is continually improved using customer-

driven insights and online data, for 3M web pages

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

Work direction provided by the digital strategist and operations leader

Facilitates the business groups in determining theproduct taxonomy for marketplace alignment and visibility

Implements and helps to govern the product categories used for customer market segmentation

Provides input for new features to be implemented for the product detail and gallery pages through customer-driven insights and data

Supports the user experience team for product project enhancements

Regularly reviews our KPIs to facilitate a complete understanding of US catalog performance and optimization opportunities.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university

Minimum 2 years of experience with a product information system in a data architecture role

Ability to communicate across business / staff units with clarity, creating long-term positive relationships and outcomes

2 years of project management

Basic web page designer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications :

Library science degree or background

3 years of experience working with a product information system and other systems to create integration points

Key thought-leader for customer defined A / B testing criteria and implementation

Ability to visualize the customer’s story effectively
