We focus on providing specialized outsourcing technology services to clients in the USA and Canada.
The Human Resources Generalist is the link point between the collaborators and the HR department. This person is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, professional, very pleasant and transparent organizational climate.
It deals with all the matters corresponding to the workers, it also makes recommendations for the improvement of the company's policies and practices, provides information and answers for any concerns related to working conditions.
It plays an important role in the recruitment process, and is a spokesperson for the company in all matters related to human resources department, work environment and labor legislation, both in Costa Rica and in our office in Peru.
Responsibilities and Duties
Is the person responsible for establishing, validate, and implement all internal policies and regulations of the organization, related to human resources and any current legislation.
Responsible for measurement, innovation, and improvements in the Company's organizational climate.
Responsible for the establishment, review and update of the company's Career Path.
Responsible for the review, measurement, and updating of the personnel benefits program.
Induction of new hirings and constant training in the company values.
Coordinate the services related to collaborators benefits like the nutritionist, company doctor, massages, etc.
Responsible for defining, validating and implementing compensation policies and performance evaluations for employees.
Responsible for coordination company events for the staff (celebrations, holidays, special activities, parties, general meetings, etc).
Accompaniment to the Project Managers in the 1 : 1 with the collaborators.
Effective attention to staff queries and complaints.
Support in the recruitment and selection of personnel.
Support in other tasks defined by the CEO.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR or, Organizational Psychology or, a Psychologist with experience working as a Human Resources Generalist.
At least 1 year of experience in similar jobs or positions.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish. At least B2 level.
Strong skills in negotiation and proactivity.
Passion for service and the ability to work as a team.
Cultivate and maintain cooperative and respectful working relationships.
Be able to deal with different types of people in conflict situations in a calm, respectful, discreet and effective way.
Organized and able to manage time effectively.
Be able to work on multiple projects at once in a dynamic and active environment.
Analytical thinking and decision-making capacity.
Identify and solve conflicts efficiently and quickly.
Very good abilities using MS Office and knowing how to develop and use Excel formulas.
Have experience in the preparation of tables, organizational charts and, executive reports.
Availability of flexible schedules and the ability to work independently.
Ability to research and extensive creativity to design, maintain, and innovate with a dynamic and positive environment, with the ability to think and act "out of the box".
Ability to provide training related to soft skills or similar topics is a plus.
Nice to have :
Experience in competency-based interviews.
Have knowledge of web recruiting tools and be able to handle online publication boards.
