The Opportunity

In the B2B Product Readiness team, we identify how we can grow Adobe's global B2B business by meeting the unique needs of our business customers.

When you join us, you'll quickly be making recommendations on how to prioritize different investment areas based on cost and opportunity, and developing strategies for how Adobe can pursue the opportunities.

As an ideal candidate, you have outstanding business intuition, the persistence and flexibility to investigate new opportunity spaces, and the ability to identify strategic bets aligned with business goals and proficiencies.

Your experience working with business customer needs, your knowledge and experience building compelling cases for targeted investments, and your skill at communicating the value of your recommendations to senior leaders will provide you with the foundation to be successful in this multifaceted, high-impact position.

What You’ll Do

  • Deeply understand Adobe’s business customers, as well as the breadth and depth of personas within these organizations, including their needs and challenges.
  • Dive deep into Adobe's current product offerings and their roadmaps, while staying up to date with industry and market developments through internal and external research.
  • Develop cross-functional and cross-business partnerships with research, strategy, product, and product marketing teams to guide and inform investment recommendations.
  • Lean on key partner teams, strong business intuition, and deep analysis to develop detailed business cases for investment, including but not limited to : TAM / opportunity sizing, competitive analysis, risk / benefit analysis, buy / build / partner recommendations, business model considerations, strategic vision, and GTM approach.
  • Work with our global offices to understand and synthesize the impact of regulations and regional expectations around security, data privacy, and data handling on business adoption of products and cloud services into your recommendations.
  • Deliver successful pitches to garner executive support and resourcing for pursuing said emerging high-value business opportunities.
  • What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Strategist, Consultant or equivalent role working on products for medium or enterprise scale business customers.
  • Experience developing business strategy for B2B products.
  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of Enterprise Cloud Service Administration and Controls, Product Security, and harmonizing the needs of Vertical Industry customers within a broad Enterprise Go To Market and product line.
  • Passion for whole business thinking, including everything from higher order business strategy and goals to more detailed number crunching on opportunity sizing and estimated business impact.
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness, paired with the insight to identify and highlight clear opportunities in ambiguous landscape.
  • Outstanding written and verbal written communication skills, with strong attention to detail, especially in executive engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree required
