As part of our Digital Media Product Marketing team, you will work with us to drive insights, strategy and execution to grow our Creative Cloud + Document Cloud businesses, working with leading brands such as Photoshop and Acrobat.

Role Description :

Are you passionate about delivering simplicity and delight to customers, while also aggressively growing the business? If so, a role on our growing team is for you.

Our team’s goal is to develop a common understanding of the health of our Portfolio + build action plans to grow (or decelerate) to strengthen Adobe’s leadership position across our key categories.

Specifically, you will focus on bringing simplicity and clarity to both internal teams and the customer experience across our numerous categories.

We are looking for someone unafraid to develop and share bold insights, who will use these Ahas! to influence decision-making on what is best for our customer and our business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop deep expertise in Category opportunity (addressable market, category landscape), performance, customer needs, challenges, and external and competitive environment across core Categories (e.
  • g. Adobe Photo, Video, Design)

  • Define and manage Portfolio Map across CategoriesUse data (e.g. Customer Segmentation, Product Usage) and research (e.g.
  • primary jobs / use cases customers need to accomplish) to define target customers, surfaces (e.g. desktop, mobile), countries, and jobs / use cases across all Categories (Portfolio Map)Assess Portfolio Map (e.

    g. strengths, weaknesses, competitive threats per Category) on our ability to meet target customers’ primary needs, and provide strategy / recommendations on primary growth opportunities

  • Investigate the customer-facing experience (ex : on Adobe.com, marketing touches, mobile + desktop apps) to ensure customers’ simply and clearly discover and use the value we can bring them across our complex portfolio of categories : Analyze value prop and messaging per category on Adobe.
  • com and in marketing campaigns to identify overlaps or gaps Streamline target keywords across categories / products for our Search Engine Optimization team to appropriately route customers to the right experience Validate that key Category, Product and Catalogue pages on Adobe.

    com align to Portfolio Map strategy (ex : right products, plans, use cases featured) Evaluate usage data across categories to understand customer segment(s) using multiple categories to identify engagement + upsell strategies

    Qualifications / Experience :

  • BS / BA with 5+ years tech (ex : strategy + ops, product marketing, analytics), management consulting, or comparable experience
  • Analytical approach that can rapidly assess a business problem, structure and evaluate options, and deliver results
  • Storytelling through eyes of the customer and data able to quickly deliver executive-level presentations which enable us to uplevel and act on data and insights real-time
  • Tenacious problem solver with a strong ownership, a driver
  • Experience with ecommerce / subscription models and complex businesses (ex : multiple products, geos, routes to market, customer segments) a plus
