This position is within the Account Management and Capability Architecture team in the Supply Chain Enabling Solutions (SCES) group in GSCO part of Supply Chain MSO.
The team is responsible for identifying, developing and deploying SC MSO groups process and tools capability requirements in collaboration with Supply Chain IT and SCES Analytics / Innovation Lab groups.
The Supply Chain Supplier Collaboration and Control Tower Architect will be responsible for :
Defining framework and strategy for Collaboration and Control Tower capabilities.
AT Materials, Outsource operations.
The role will be central in building a collaborative operating framework with multiple partners - Supply Chain operation, SCES Portfolio Management groups (Fab, AT, Outsource), SCES analytics / innovation lab and Supply Chain IT (partnership with Business / Data and Solution Architects).
The successful candidate will have Supply Chain operations background coupled with experience in delivering Information Technology solutions - with a track record of leading and delivering complex programs thru multi-disciplinary, highly matrixed teams and partnerships.
The Supply Chain Supplier Collaboration and Control Tower Capability Architect will be responsible for but not limited to :
Owning and defining Supply Chain Supplier Collaboration and Control Tower strategy in partnership with SC Operations, SC IT, SCES Account Management Team, Analytics Teams and the Source, Factory and Outsource Program teams.
Driving programs scope definition in pre-explore phases and overseeing the transition to program execution teams; escalation support and management alignment - all in full partnership with SCES Portfolio Program Management leads, assigned program managers and IT Solution Owners / Program Managers / Architects.
Communicates and influences Supply Chain operations and leadership alignment for Supplier Collaboration and Control Tower strategy and vision.
Creating a multi-year investment roadmap that expresses evolution in maturity of capabilities across domains.
Translation of roadmap into discrete programs / projects driving prioritization / funding through yearly PLAN.
Creating and managing a consolidated metrics framework aimed to track progression against goals.
Managing the integrated execution against end year goals view as part of program execution dashboard aimed for senior leadership view.
Supports and collaborates with operations facing Account Managers in laying out capability vision and strategy - continuous communication and influencing plan definition and execution.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.
Minimum Qualifications :
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business Management or related field of study.
8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, business or IT development / management.
8+ years of proven record in managing programs of large scale / scope, impact and complexity through all phases of the lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience and Knowledge in with Supply Chain supply-demand operations.
Experience with Supply Chain Business Architecture and Systems / Applications landscape.
PMP, CSCP certification.
Agile / SAFE experience and certification.
Knowledge of IT program management, IT systems architecture and IT programming and reporting environments and tools.
Experience in developing and delivering large scale Supply Chain Capability Solutions.
