You will be liaising with different teams and stakeholders, you will work to understand business problems and requirements, and will subsequently build processes and solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
You will play a critical role making Western Union IT operations more effective and efficient by enhancing collaboration, automation, change, event, incident and problem management processes and capabilities.
For this role, we require you to have a technical degree or equivalent with 1+ years' experience in Monitoring tools and / or related technologies.
You’ll have knowledge of at least 1 of the following tools : Dynatrace, Micro Focus Sitescope, Microfocus NNMi, Big Panda, Data Dog, OpenSearch.
SRE and DevOps knowledge are a plus. Experience in integrating / implementing with AIOps tools is a plus. It is preferable for you to have a good exposure on AWS cloud with basic knowledge on Ansible, Git, Jenkin or similar tools.
You’ll come with ability to work on medium to complex projects under limited supervision and able to prioritize workload to achieve the team goals.
