What you'll do
Leads and directs tasks, resources, and overall project plans for enterprise software implementations for our clients in Canada and Australia
Responsible for leading the planning, design, development, quality assurance, configuration assistance, application training, problem resolution and second level support to new and existing external clients.
Leads delivery aspects for our internal customers and conducts regular communications. Maintains individual working relationships with customer personnel at both the leadership and working levels.
Serves as the primary driver of the client relationship and project implementation communications.
What you need
Strong focus on applying Agile methodologies to improve the SDLC Organizational skills to manage competing demands and ensure timely implementation.
Written and verbal communication presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross functional team including product managers and business stakeholders to deliver value.
Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
Juggling multiple projects at once and the ability to quickly pivot to different tasks as needed by the business or leadership;
Working with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skill sets;
Building and maintaining relationships across the network of firms to effectively deliver Technology Transformation activities on behalf of the team
Demonstrates proven record of success in the following areas :
Driving and executing the delivery of global technology solutions
Contributing to the development of new subject matter / technical domain specialization;
Resolving complex problems by continuously applying significant independent judgment and by collaborating with others;
Engaging with teams from project inception to understand goals and create project plans;
Reporting at team and leadership levels on project status
Identifying areas of change management and suggesting innovative ways to address it
Preparing reports and presentations at the project and executive levels;
Working with leaders / owners of the process or service to be knowledgeable of current practices and identifying areas for improvement; and,
Facilitating collaboration among team leads on a project to address project issues and execution.
Must Haves :
5+ years of Project Management experience
Managed development projects on various web and platform technologies
5 years’ experience in working with technology teams and their delivery excellence.
Strong solid technical background that you proactively keep current
3 years’ experience with Scrum delivery process
