About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Software Licensing Customer Support Specialist is to assist customers with their license fulfillment - from the initial license activation and delivery, continuing through expansions, migrations and resolving issues with the licenses used, and maintaining the entitlement database in the Software Licenses and Downloads portal.
The Software Licensing Engineer works on assignments that require problem resolution and independent judgment.
Responsibilities :
Main point of contact for customers and internals (e.g. sales reps, account managers or partners, etc.) for resolving issues related to delivery of license keys and software
Responsible to provide the correct license keys in a timely manner with minimal repeated communication
Educate customers and facilitate the process of license key delivery and access requests to fulfillment system
Provides customer service to both external and internal customers in a timely and professional manner by interacting via email and outgoing telephone calls
Knowledge and Skills :
Bachelor s degree or ongoing student in Computer Engineering, or similar careers is an strong plus
1 year of experience in customer service, customer support roles, or related, managing phone calls with the customers directly
Advanced English Level
Knowledge of microcomputer hardware, basic- level knowledge of operating systems software.
Schedule flexibility
Experience working with Technological Industries or companies is a strong plus
