This resource will primarily provide technical and functional support for various applications developed in-house as well as packaged / cloud applications involving Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Project and Portfolio Management(PPM) etc...
In addition to the support, this resource will also provide continuous development, maintenance and customization support for all components related to those applications.
Will work cross functionally with other teams with which the primary applications interface.
Work with business users directly to implement new features or troubleshoot and resolve application related issues.
