The Challenge

The Product Analyst for Employee Operations consults with business contacts to understand problems and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.

They critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.

You will contribute to the vision for the next evolution of Operations enablement at Adobe. The Employee Operations platform includes, Incident Management, Requestable services, Asset Management for employee devices, Chat support, Service Desk Operations, Employee Investigations and Relations workflows.

You will define the shared workflows and execution of our solutions through the building of relationships.

What you’ll do

  • Work with cross-functional partners to drive consensus across teams and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals
  • Drive research and requirements capturing to influence product opportunities and value propositions. Use analytics and data to refine the product strategy and plan.
  • Partner with global teams to collaborate on common processes to support shared and initiatives are rolled out globally where applicable.
  • Develop dashboards and key performance metrics to monitor project and operational health.
  • Participate in one or more scrum teams as a product owner to define goals, set priorities and help manage the backlog
  • Identify new areas for product development by analyzing customer requirements, market trends and gaps. Champion and present opportunities to management and key team members for consideration.
  • Partner with Engineering and Information Technology (IT) teams to coordinate the development, implementation, and roll-out of new platform capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering leadership to make sure we meet and exceed our customers expectation
  • Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in product management, (experience with service design and / or Operations is a plus.)
  • Proven track record to develop, communicate and gain consensus on a product roadmap or feature set for a platform product supporting a consumer facing product portfolio
  • Demonstrated success in working with digital product teams leading collaboration between external and internal engineering, UX, project management & product teams;
  • shipping products that deliver results.

  • Strong analytical skills and a drive to experiment; ability to use data to drive decision making in product development
  • Ability to manage complex builds through thoughtful prioritization and disciplines that drive towards delivery
  • Ability to evaluate vendor products to meet current or future needs.
  • Agile / Scrum experience is preferred.
  • Experience in technologies such as HR Acuity and ITSM ServiceNow is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field, or relevant work experience.
