IAM Crypto management support team members will be responsible for attending to all support activities to ensure proper functioning of the crypto program.
This will include, but not limited to, management of clients requests, interaction with clients, management of materials in support of these activities, engagement with senior team members, participate in development of new program capabilities etc.

What You’ll Do
Execute BAU activities for cryptographic services (certificates, keys etc.) as defined in SOP (standard operating procedure) documents.
Process service requests assigned to the team to meet SLAs. Escalate to higher level (2 and 3) engineers as necessary.
Monitor availability of cryptographic services as per established standards and mechanisms.
Monitor backups, logging, reporting related to cryptographic services.
Perform periodic system and application patching, backup. Perform system restoration when necessary.
Respond to notifications and alerts from systems, take appropriate actions to ensure service availability.
Respond to incident calls, provide basic support, escalate to higher level (2, 3) engineers when necessary.
Interact with internal clients to gather requirements and provide necessary services.
Create / update documentation necessary for proper functioning of services.
Create and maintain monitoring and alerting scripts.
Basic scripting / development knowledge.
Basic knowledge of cryptographic services.
Knowledge / experience in creation and upkeep of documentation.
Experience in managing tasks, driving them to completion and providing associated services to clients.
Basic troubleshooting skills with networking and computer systems, ticketing, escalations.
Extra Points for any of the Following
Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or similar
Experience and understanding of tools / platforms such as Venafi, cloud KMS (GCP, AWS, Azure), ServiceNow, Pagerduty, Splunk, Kibana, HSM (SafeNet Luna, KeySecure), Jenkins, Terraform etc. are a plus.
