This individual will lead the bookings technology views, including allocations methodology, planning and reporting. The senior analyst will be an active participant in the evolution of bookings reporting, systems and strategy.
Also, will be responsible for the CEO scorecard process and reporting.
Lead quarterly bookings reporting cycles for technology views, and drive reporting analytics / insights
Lead the annual and second half bookings planning cycles for technology view from a CFP&A point of view
Align with BU and Sales Finance on allocations methodology, and bridge between GTM and Technology views
Participate and / or lead in the progression of bookings planning and reporting from a strategy and systems perspective
Orchestrate Scorecard cycles; including accurate and timely results, insights and supporting materials
Present insights and solutions to on demand questions from different business partners
Skills and Knowledge :
Strong analytical skills and capability to communicate valuable insights from data
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to effectively business partner
Initiative to anticipate and solve problems
Strong planning and organizational skills
Knowledge of the MS office package. Advanced Excel skills are necessary
Degree in Business, Finance or related fields, Masters or MBA degrees are a plus
At least 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis roles
Ability to partner at VP / Director level
Experience working in cross functional teams
Motivated individual with a desire to learn and to grow in a fast-moving environment
Quick learner and interested in developing his or her career in a fast pace and challenging environment
