MyHealthDirect, an ExperianCompany, is seeking an energetic and detail oriented professional to helpsetup, configure, test, manage, and maintain client information needed toenable healthcare scheduling.
This role isfor someone who understands the criticality of correct and timely clientsetups, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and wants to partner with the Accountand Implementation teams to deliver an integrated high-quality solution set forclients.
PRIMARY DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess a client’sinitial and ongoing configuration requirements
Setup andconfigure client system, location, provider, and calendar information in theMyHealthDirect platform; validate against configuration requirements
Hands-on buildingand validation of client configurations using multiple MyHealthDirect toolsthat may require communication across several Account Management, QA, and Developmentteam members
Ability totroubleshoot configuration issues
Own the setup andongoing updates of multiple clients’ system and calendar configurations
Test and validateclient’s scheduling algorithm workflows to ensure proper functionality and optimaluser experience
Identify areasfor improvement opportunities across MyHealthDirect’s client setups
Work with AccountManagement and Implementation team members to execute on key client and productspecific goals
Responsible forstrict adherence to policies regarding all client and company data
Additionaloperational tasks as needed
Ability to grasp new concepts; tolearn and get up-to-speed quickly
