Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering impactful and effective marketing programs to our customers.
Our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful and scalable marketing programs. We are looking for a motivated and creative marketing manager to accelerate growth of Adobe Creative Cloud mobile applications through email, in-product surfaces, and push notifications.
In this highly visible role, you will create and execute lifecycle strategies designed to acquire and engage mobile users for long term business growth.
In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional initiatives with Product Growth, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market and Adobe.com teams.
What you'll Do
Turn business goals and priorities into quarterly and annual lifecycle marketing plans, gaining consensus across the organization
Build positive relationships and interact with key business partners across Adobe, ranging from marketing peers to senior leadership
Establish a measurement framework in partnership with our analytics team, refining success metrics and inputs that show impact of our programs to the overall business
Develop a framework that prioritizes mobile user lifecycle initiatives based on business impact and scalability
Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, utilizing APIs, machine-learning models, mobile insights and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and revenue impact,
Lead email, in-product and push strategies, as well as executional details including calendaring, measurement and experimentation roadmap.
Build weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify trends, and encapsulate key initiatives, partnering with analytics team on ad-hoc analysis and deep dives
Create new initiatives at scale that drive revenue and customer lifetime value, while improving relevancy through experimentation and personalization
What you need to succeed
Intermediate to advanced personalization and email marketing experience, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
Advanced analytical skills - quickly digesting large amounts of data, identifying trends and pursuing the right questions to take action
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency
7+ year's experience, MBA or BA / BS degree
Tech or SaaS experience preferred, ideally in a multi-funnel or multi-vertical business model. Experience in marketing mobile apps is a plus
Extensive experience in email, in-product and / or push notifications (or other relevant performance marketing channels) with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation
