Adobe is in search of an experienced and dedicated professional in the Global Integrated Media Center of Excellence team to establish a new practice area Head of Global Agency Partner Management.
Responsibilities include leading agency relationships, establishing a global operating model with media agency partners to deliver a best-in-class unified approach to media execution to drive the next phase of growth for Adobe.
This role will partner closely with regional media leads to manage regional agency rosters, coordination on performance reviews, agency evaluations, knowledge sharing, and responsible for Adobe’s media strategy being carried though agency partners.
What you'll Do
You will lead the agency management and coordination function to maintain the agency roster of resources, and ensure the strategy flows through to agency partner execution on a global scale.
You’ll establish and lead the global agency operating model and onboarding process, inclusive of global capacity planning, and agency roster management, casting recurring performance reviews, facilitate workshops between Adobe and global partners, partner with procurement to manage recurring strategic business reviews, ensure knowledge sharing is taking place across agency partner installments and standards are being followed.
A key to success will be partnering with your constellation of internal partners in your approach to developing and maintaining a productive relationship with our agency partners, including procurement, internal analytics teams, media operations team, and media strategy leads in each region.
