Amazon Business is looking for a manager to manage our new sales Telemarketing Team, account representatives and sales representatives.
This team will support all industries by educating existing and new customers on Amazon business via outbound outreach (warm leads), and passing them to Customer Advisors to maintain and grow the relationship.
Roles and Responsibilities
Managing Amazon Business Customer Representatives throughout ramp and ready states

Managing projects processes and programs to improve team- and site-level performance against key operational metrics.

Understand and mechanize the inputs and outputs of the business

Take an Ownership role in the continued build-out and documentation of infrastructure and process of acquiring and on-boarding Amazon Business customers, balancing strong and standard execution with Invent & Simplify
Present results in weekly and monthly Business Review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives
2+ years management experience leading a team
Demonstrated strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with customers and stakeholders
Proven ability to make positive recommendations and implement new ideas to fix negative behaviors
Proven strong analytical and multitasking skills
Proven ability to explain technical details in simple terms
Proven ability working in a fast-paced environment under pressure where high performance is expected and with short deadlines goals
Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and network members from different departments
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
Working knowledge of B2B procurement processes, and experience working with senior management in large organizations
