Overview :
Trend Micro is looking for an innovative and results-driven Regional Marketing Specialist with experience supporting a field sales team.
The individual will be responsible for implementing Account Based Marketing programs that successfully engage enterprise accounts and effectively move them through the buyer’s journey.
The Marketer will partner with Sales to strategize, create, and execute multi-touch campaigns, with a strong emphasis on data-driven programs, to acquire or expand our footprint within named accounts.
The successful candidate will define a regional marketing plan that is aligned to our Corporate, Sales and Marketing priorities.
They will develop campaign initiatives to create positive customer experiences that help accelerate existing pipeline, in addition to attracting prospects to foster new opportunities.
The main objective will be to create market demand leveraging outside the box creativity combined with well-orchestrated execution across a variety of marketing channels.
Responsibilities :
Collaboration across diverse regional, national, and global teams on content strategy, campaign planning and multi-channel programs
Develop strategic marketing plans in concert with regional Sales / Leadership to ensure the region is supported with a balanced cadence of demand generation activities to include but not limited to multi-touch campaigns, digital display, live & virtual events, webinars, joint partner activities, direct mail, and email
Directly engage and support a large enterprise sales team
End to end campaign accountability to ensure programs are well planned, properly budgeted, resources aligned, executed on time, and follow-up strategy implemented
Establish program specific KPIs and track results each quarter
Frequent communication of program plans, status updates, and post-activity results to key stakeholders
Detailed budget and calendar management
Third party vendor and contract orchestration, including purchase order creation
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent work experience
Passionate self-starter with 3+ years’ experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns within a B2B environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hands on working knowledge of account-based marketing methods
Proficient in campaign management software tools (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and similar)
Data-driven mindset focused on ROI and competent in analyzing and reporting on marketing programs
Ability to travel for in-person activities and meetings as needed
Prior work experience within cybersecurity, Cloud or SaaS solutions is a plus
For Applicants in the State of Colorado : Trend Micro, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is USD $85,000.
00 to USD $100,000.00. A candidate’s final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors to include, but not limited to relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
