The Opportunity

We’re rapidly scaling one of the fastest-growing business units at Adobe, and we’re looking for a well-rounded, results-oriented primary researcher to accelerate our next stage of growth.

This role sits within our Marketing team, which identifies significant opportunities for the Adobe Stock business and partners cross-functionally to turn these opportunities into reality.

The right candidate will drive an array of quantitative and qualitative research projects that will support critical business decisions and shape our strategy.

What you'll do

Independently own and execute all stages of the quantitative and qualitative research lifecycle (source / manage sample, develop questionnaire, code survey, analyze data, derive insights)

Partner with leaders in Product, Marketing, and Content Development to distill our key business needs into streamlined research questions / methodologies

Analyze data logically and creatively to answer core questions and connect results to concrete business recommendations

Project-manage internal research workstreams to deliver results on time and keep partners informed

Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders

What you need to succeed

7+ years of proven experience in quantitative and qualitative market research

Undergraduate degree in quantitative field; relevant graduate degree preferred (e.g., MBA with market research focus, MS involving quant research)

Experience independently managing end-to-end research projects and driving questionnaire development, sample management, and data analysis

Proficiency in relevant quantitative survey methodologies (e.g., market sizing, segmentation, customer preferences, pricing) and qualitative research formats (e.

g., interviews, focus groups)

Expertise with common survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher) and analytics software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Excel)

Ambition to build deep business understanding and develop streamlined research processes within a matrixed organization

Ability to communicate to senior audiences with credibility, confidence, and humility
