Job Description : The successful candidate will join a delivery organization by supporting the training office, where training and the reskilling and upskilling culture is a requirement for the business and operations success.

Services will be delivered for a major DXC client representing the technical overall solution sector. We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals, willing to proactively and infrequent interaction with the client’s IT and administrative interests put first.

We are looking both for candidates having a training background paired with an interest in underlying IT technology, as well as for those who are IT tenured prospects with a strong analytical appetite to understand the business not only direction but best interests of the solutions they develop and maintain.

Responsibilities : Analyzing and solving LMS application issues or guidance to learnings while curricula completion progress.

Level 2 support) Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission-critical).

Articulate clearly in writing and verbally. Monitoring projects completion abidance either contractual and on-demand for the client.

Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end-users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence. Represent the company in a face to face customer interactions(when required), industry conference / trade show, vendor meeting, etc.

Engages team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end-users / clients SLA demands are met.

Handling other service requests directly with the SABA team and / or WorkDay Maintaining up to date documentation on processes and generating ADHOC content material depending on strategy and SLA requirements Cooperating with leveraged teams within the account Building and maintaining knowledge on all Microsoft products and solutions Knowledge and Skills : 1-3 years of experience in relevant technologies and customer environments.

Studies : Highschool diploma. Project Management or any other studies related are a plus. 1-2 years of experience as a trainer.

Relevant industry qualification where applicable. Azure certifications and all related Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.

A proactive and self-driven personality is a must. Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage, and peripheral devices. Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools.

Superior customer service skills. Phone and remote support experience. E-support experience and knowledge.
