The Opportunity

Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world, the front door for the majority of our customers, and a primary revenue generator.

The product management team focuses on making adobe.com an extraordinary experience for all site visitors from consumers to enterprise customers and partners across the entire journey.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and improve Adobe.com’s site-wide capabilities, involving both internal and external digital technologies, data and integration platforms.

For example, you could drive new capabilities and experiences featured in Adobe’s Marquee Virtual Events including Adobe MAX and Adobe Summit, using technologies including video streaming, web conferencing, and live interactions.

There are also opportunities to lead personalization, localization, security or privacy efforts across Adobe.com websites.

You will be interfacing on a regular basis with internal business stakeholders, other product managers, program managers, engineering, web production, experience design teams, and 3rd-party vendors.

This is an exciting role where you’ll be able to drive and deliver highly valuable and visible results that significantly impact many of our customers and prospects.

What you'll do

Build business cases clearly stating the impact and value of proposed initiatives.

Discover, validate, and document requirements.

Work with Experience Designers on customer journeys, UX flows, and product.

Transform requirements into feature specs / user stories including story acceptance criteria for the engineering team.

Proactively manage cross-system dependencies in order to mitigate risk and ensure scale and reliability of the platform.

Participate in planning and vision refinement sessions with business and engineering teams.

Actively address ambiguity and change in the product backlog.

Work closely with engineering teams through the release cycle, from initial rollout to subsequent improvements.

Present convincingly to executives, partners, and users / customers.

Lead and / or participate in the research, evaluation and selection of new 3rd-party solutions, implementing Proof-of-Concepts (PoC) as needed.

Stay on top of industry trends and provide recommendations on emerging technology trends that will further optimize user experience, improved data integrations, and operational efficiencies.

What you will need to succeed

7+ years of web product management or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in conceptualizing, defining, building, and releasing products on a web / mobile ecosystem with a deep understanding of web technologies.

Experience with front-end development (Javascript / HTML / CSS) and integrating 3rd-party vendor solutions in a highly trafficked website, and keen understanding of front-, back-end, and data integrations using APIs.

Articulate in defining product requirements, writing functional specs and user stories.

Results oriented, with an attention to detail, and ability to work at all levels within the organization

Highly analytical; deep focus on using data to drive decisions, build and achieve measurable key results for the platform services

Strong ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing.

Ability to build and manage cross functional relationships and work multi-functionally, with a good mix of IQ and EQ.

Passion for new knowledge and enjoy learning about industry and technology trends.
