The P2P Helpdesk Process Subject Matter Expert is responsible for being expert of process optimization and customer journey simplification for the P2P Helpdesk.
The individual plays a central role in ensuring that the way the Helpdesk manages their internal processes are optimized to drive an efficient customer experience and deliver enhancements and continuous improvement.
It is critical that the Helpdesk Process Subject Matter Expert has a collaborative relationship with Operations Team, and Global Process Office and has an established presence as a leader.
The Helpdesk Process Subject Matter Expert will work directly with various partners internally to define success and help them drive significant value out of using innovative tools available within the team.
