About this opportunity

Align Technology is currently searching for a Salesforce Administrator in Costa Rica. This position manages the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce application, works with business executives and users for changes to the configuration, and develops new solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs The Salesforce Administrator is also responsible for creating and maintaining complex workflows, validation rules, triggers, and approval processes.

  • Customizing standard objects and page layouts; creating custom objects, fields, and record types. Report and dashboard development;
  • assisting users with report design and management. Creating training materials and implementing new and existing user-training sessions.

    Ensuring data quality and integrity. Regularly managing company-wide imports / exports, performing de-duplication and data clean-up procedures (using DataLoader).

    Researching, installing / configuring, and implementing business solutions via AppExchange, in addition, to complete end-user training and software documentation. In this role, you will

  • Proficiency in Administrative skills such as end user training, creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards and Process Builder.
  • Overall day to day management of SFDC, emphasizing user engagement and adoption.
  • Partners with various teams including Marketing, Operations, IT and Users to facilitate business requirements and related duties throughout the organization.
  • Manage the setup of new users and their permissions
  • Creates and maintains custom reports as well as campaigns upon request of end users.
  • Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues
  • Leads migration to SFDC Lightning.
  • Assists project managers in the development of project plans including detailed project estimates and tasks required for database activities.
  • Utilizes standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes.

  • Provides strategic consulting to end users with best practices and use of CRM applications. Assists with developing training programs and materials.
  • Assists with user licensing assignments, permissions and monitors usage.
  • Transfers prospects, leads and opportunities upon request. Updates and maintains proprietary sales team setup.
  • Partners with various teams including Marketing, Operations, IT and Users to facilitate business requirements and related duties throughout the organization.
  • In this role, you’ll need Bachelor degree in related field such as Computer Science, Software development, etc Bilingual English-Spanish Good verbal and written communication, including presentation of complex data in easily understood ways and strong data visualization skills.
