The Content and Strategy team supports the Senior Group Manager and Finance Transformation Head in ensuring alignment of all Finance transformation work streams with overall Citi transformation objectives.
This team partners with stakeholders across Finance, global functions, and other regional and business partners to structure, integrate, and share the overall transformation strategy for the Finance function in a holistic manner.
This includes following up on major initiatives status but also building and driving the communications efforts to inform and engage colleagues on key priorities and objectives of the transformation program, including culture, risk and controls, business simplification and other major initiatives.
This team will ensure these critical transformation efforts are articulated and understood in by colleagues and key stakeholders, translating the impact of those efforts, while creating strong connectivity across teams.
Responsibilities : + Lead and support the design of articulated comprehensive strategy for delivering content to cross functional groups and all levels of management+ Work on scoping relevant content for initiatives, including status updates, project plans, in depth presentations, business reviews and supporting documentation for each project+ Operate in close partnership with stakeholders across Finance, other Global Functions and Business to drive ideas, and meaningful content.
