Description
Administrative Project services in the area of Financial Technology. Responsible for managing projects budget analysis on a day to day basis, also will provide assistance in strategic planning for the Regional Team, including capacity planning, Book of Work (BOW) maintenance & execution reporting.
A key focus of this role is to deliver verbal and written appropriate communication to senior management about the projects status, identified risks and proposed solutions, issues and impact.
Responsibilities
Assist in the analysis of project budget data.
Create reports necessary for Finance organization to track project costs.
Create reports to measure the project management performance against the standards.
Provide all documentation necessary for the Project to comply with Controls and Audit Processes
Support the evaluation of potential service providers, and verify goods and services meet project needs.
Plan, organize and control the execution of administrative activities
Attend financial and accounting services. Evaluate and justify the differences / Provision of expenses.
Monitor payments to suppliers, after hiring :
Prepare and request approvals, plan the control of payments;
Control of hours of resources in the project tool
Generate reports and implement control matrices, both of the expenses and services contracted.
Support the signing of new contracts, as well as their renewal.(BRM, Renault, PTS allocations, P2P)
Skills
Excellent personal communications skills (in the English language).
Negotiation skills and ability to manage confrontation
Working knowledge of MS Office., Excel, Word
Good level of numeracy skills, financial modeling / accounting skills is highly desirable

Qualifications
Degree in either Business or Technology.
2-3 Years of Experience Managing Technology Banking Project activities.
Ability to establish and maintain a fluent communication with internal and external partners.
