Your Role

This role will provide support to the NAM and SCA regions by analyzing and resolving support tickets, also will identify areas of necessary improvement.

Actively participate in regional meetings and projects such as testing of the new releases that will directly or indirectly impact Sea Logistics Staff.

Your Responsibilities

Solving tickets thru the company's systems.

Participate in system's implementations.

Bring support in "Go Live".

Identify problems.

Testing.

Systems and processes development ideas.

Other related to the role.

Your Skills and Experiences

Bachelor in Systems Engineering or related.

Microsoft office knowledge.

Advanced English skills.

At least 2 years of experience in sea logistics. - Preferred.

Communication skills.

Well-organized.

Ability to work under pressure.
