Job Description

Execute the plans and commercial activities with assigned Points of Sales (POS) in order to achieve sales objectives, productivity and market share performance targets, and an optimal use of resources within a given territory.

Develop effective relationships with clients that allow the achievement of business results.

To meet or exceed sales targets (market share / market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales. Promote assigned brands / products through visits to POS according to company policies that allow us to position our brand.

Visit to POS to promote sales, material, commercial actions, invitation to events, and collect information related to promotional products and business interest.

Identify business opportunities. To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through face to face visits and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.

Effective communication with territory colleagues and relevant members of other teams in order to understand, maximise and drive territory.

To update & maintain POP Material on territory. Management of Inventory at the POS. Monitoring and confirmation of inventory levels.

Process and FollowUp orders. Review of prices and discount promotions and added values. Establish good relationships with key people at the point of sale.

Follow-up to promotions at the point of sale. Monitor competitor’s activities at POS. Review prices of competing products (monthly) / placement of our product (Inventories).

Support and supervision on marketing activities for own channel or another. Other responsibilities that the department considers as appropriate for the position.

Sales and market share targets. Contact rate and coverage (Calls Per Day). Product knowledge including evaluations of progress.

Territory administration reports are completed accurately and to timescales. Comply with Values & Behaviors and Company Policies.

Minimum requirements

University degree in relevant careers. Or at least 5 years of experience in sales and pharmaceutical industry Spanish. English is a plus.

At least 3 5 years of experience in similar positions.
