The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Experience (DX) Finance team as we continue to propel the business through analytical forecasts and providing influential insights that directly impacts the business.

You will play an important role in providing insights into top-line key metrics and offer recommendations to drive growth in the business.

This role will collaborate with Bookings, Sales Operations and Finance Systems teams, and will have the ability to influence senior executive decisions, inspire change and challenge the status quo as Adobe continues to scale for growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead change management for DX Finance related to new go-to-market strategy and / or business process changes
  • Understand key financial metrics and product attributes in ERP and CRM systems and influence decision making
  • Partner closely with Finance Systems, Data Management, and Sales Operations teams to continually improve & enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Ad hoc financial analysis as needed
  • What you need to succeed

  • Experience in SaaS industry and Sales Finance experience understanding of related finance and accounting issues
  • Self-starter with an inquisitive mind willing to provide recommendations by retrieving and coordinating big data and performing analytical rigor
  • Proven work ethic and ability to champion a sense of collaboration across cross-functional team
  • Positive demeanor and comfort in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves
  • Outstanding communication skills and business partnership skills
  • Must understand key business drivers, ability to communicate financial implications / business impact and provide recommendations
  • High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives and drive to results
  • Sophisticated Excel skills & experience in SQL, Tableau and SFDC are essential, and experience in MS Dynamics, Power BI, TM1, SAP, NetSuite and Anaplan are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, systems, or related field; CPA / MBA preferred
  • Minimum 8+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required
  • Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

    Colorado Starting Salary : $111,700 - $145,000

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
