The Opportunity

With the abundant opportunities ahead of us, we are looking for a proven Commerce product manager with extensive experience in enterprise commerce, and success in building micro-services, APIs and delightful user experiences to transform the way we monetize our products.

With your expertise, we will innovate with various business models, and evolve the Commerce platform to enable internal team members to easily use it in a self-service way.

What you'll do

Adobe's success hinges on how well we prime the platform to meet immediate and future business needs.

  • You are very articulate and skilled in influencing across many organizations without authority to make necessary changes successful
  • You will work closely with engineers, architects, and program managers to modernize the platform with a focus on Enterprise Commerce capabilities
  • While you lead Enterprise Commerce enhancements, you are also going to heavily influence and contribute to other pertinent Commerce initiatives
  • You will prioritize what capabilities to build with detail requirements for underlying services and API responses e.g., JavaScript API definition
  • You are expected to evolve services to become more generic, benefitting all sales channels while also improve resiliency and availability
  • You will use data-driven insights to build personalized in-product experiences for our internal and external customers
  • What you'll need to succeed

  • You are business savvy, empathetic to enterprise customer and developer needs, and possess technical depth particularly with a track record in building scalable Services, APIs and SDKs
  • You learn fast and have the knack to dig deep to identify root causes
  • You can quickly unravel ambiguities, translate complex subjects into simple concepts, and succinctly communicate business value and impact to customer experience
  • You are adept at analyzing data, performing conjoint analyses, understanding architecture and workflow diagrams to frame up issues and generate recommendations
  • You are known for providing unambiguous, detail, neatly structured requirements with API specifications and non-functional requirements
  • You are highly self-aware and instinctively know when to adjust your communication style to appeal to different clients technical and non-technical audience
  • You enjoy working with software engineers and architects alike, learning about new technologies, and evangelizing the enablement of self-service capabilities
  • You have many years of success delivering sustained results through a distributed software teams located in different parts of the world
