Responsible for thecoordination of Latin America travel operation, as associated with all travelworkflows and travel program components authorized by the company.

Provide first level support regularly to travelers, for furthereducation on usage and best practices, assuring policy and proceduralcompliance throughout the region based on a strong corporate policies’ complianceorientation.

Responsibilities Work with Regional TravelManager to support continuous improvement of travel experience while meetingstakeholder cost savings and compliance objectives.

  • Coordinate travel bookingrelated processes with Emerson’s designated Travel Management Company. Providefront-line support to employees by responding to travel related inquiries, provideclarification of travel policies and procedures, and assist with issueresolution.
  • Respondto questions concerning online travel booking tool and coordinate resolution oftechnical issues.Setup and help facilitate Travel Training classes and webinars.
  • CoordinateTravel related communications to employees.

  • Maintain,modify, and create new and / or updated content on the Travel Services portals.
  • Providesupport in collecting and preparing data required for travel reporting.
  • Assistthe travel management group as necessary, carrying out all Global TravelProgram initiatives as identified by Emerson Latin America Travel Management.

    Requirements HighSchool Degree.2Years preferred experience in international business knowledge, travelmanagement a plus.
