The Selling Partner Premium Services (SPPS) team includes Strategic Account Services for Vendors (Signature) and Strategic Account Services for Sellers (Core), programs which seek to improve the customer experience on Amazon.

com by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business. Our team invents and innovates across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction, and enable scalable global solutions.

The SPPS Quality team is responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end process audits and mechanisms that ensure defect free work for our customers.

The Program Audit Manager will play a critical role in ensuring defect free work for selling partners by leading a team of auditors who execute quality audits following designed audit processes.

In this role you will also help to refine and optimize quality audit processes through understanding and application of lean and Six Sigma methodologies to continuously improve program quality.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused and team oriented, with outstanding communication skills and an acute attention to detail.

Specific duties :

  • Manage a team of auditors who conduct daily auditing of processes, delivering against specific audit targets and goals
  • Refine existing quality audit processes and make recommendations to close process gaps
  • Populate and analyze quality audit reporting to identify areas for improvement
  • Leverage lean and Six Sigma exercises to dive deep and optimize the audit processes and root cause highly defective activities
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Management Information Systems, Operations, or Statistics · Demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedures · 2 or more years experience managing a team
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Lean / Six Sigma experience · Experience with business analysis and expertise in Excel · Proficiency with Tableau · Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast-paced environment · Sound business judgement and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results · Experience delivering results in a global organization, with an ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders · 3 or more years expeirence managing a team
