Serve as the scrum team's Coach, Mentor, and Facilitator of Agile methodologies and ensure team adherence to best practices, including ownership, self-
management and empowerment. Support execution of product vision by coordinating tasks based on team strengths and weaknesses.
Identify and remove impediments to allow the team to focus on development. Capture and track sprint metrics (e.g., team velocity), and be accountable for guiding the team in continuous process improvement.
Engage and collaborate with the Product Owner to plan work, mitigate risks, provide frequent updates, and achieve maximum productivity.
Facilitate scrum team's daily work and manage team progress including execution of Sprint Ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, Daily Stand-
up, Sprint Review and Retrospective). Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team s progress.
Create a collaborative environment that allows the team and clients to interact closely. Coordinate with Group scrum masters when work is being performed across various scrum teams.
Experience in leadership roles within an agile software development team, working with internal and external developers, and contributing to a team-
oriented environment. Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to motivate and mobilize team members.
Strong understanding of CI, DevOps TDD BDD practices, IT / software process improvement methodologies, and background in development or testing.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Relevant track record as a Scrum Master and / or with Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum.
Skills Certified (preferred). Desire to work in an information-systems environment. Enterprise Application experience.
