As Chief Digital Strategist, Mobile, you will serve on the Leadership team of one of Adobe Professional Services ’ largest customers in the mobile space, interfacing with our internal account executives as well as the customer’s executive leadership team to drive alignment and awareness of strategic objectives, value realization, and strategy engagement quality across all dimensions of digital marketing strategy consulting including content, data platforms and insights, change management, operating model, etc .

More specifically, you will :

  • Oversee various strategy engagements for the client on behalf of Adobe Consulting Services : You will ensure the work of our Lead and team strategists is of the highest quality, driving Adobe platform success and customer satisfaction.
  • You will find joy in leaving no stone unturned in resolving issues, collaborating with the customer and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes, and offering solutions to the client , by paying attention to other details that may have been ignored.

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with the customer and Adobe’s executive stakeholders : You will thrive in this position by establishing and growing your network at Adobe and at the customer.
  • The fruit of your relationship capabilities will be additional growth in program revenue and the footing from which to navigate strategic and escalation conversations , both with the customer and our internal stakeholders .

    You will be able to reset internal and customer expectations when unrealistic or unaligned with driving the greatest value for Adobe or the customer’s long-term objectives.

  • Be an Expert Advisor to the customer : As our rapidly growing customer goes through the challenges of that growth, you will be a trusted advisor to their executive teams, helping them to make useful and relevant strategy decisions to create the change that benefits the ir team and customers.
  • Exhibit extremely creative p roblem-solving abilities : You will render help to customer and Adobe team members in difficult situations - including misaligned technology expectations and capabilities, internal challenges, and statement of work-to-deliverability issues by making proactive, prescriptive recommendations for go-forward paths and resolution .
  • You will come in when there is a tough nut to crack and ensure that maximum impact i s delivered .

  • Provide strong m entorship : You will invest in training and mentoring the other strategists and collaborate with other solution team leaders who will benefit from your strong executive presence, strategy problem solving, and customer outcome orientation skills.
  • You will help build the strategy team that services this customer.

    Being professional and maintaining healthy conversations with clients will help you birth new relationships and convert relationships to value .

    A passion for mobile

    1 0 + years working within digital marketing, including 10+ years focused on use case & technology workflow adoption, operating model design and change management for digital marketing technologies and platforms

    Excels and brings gravitas in front of customers

    Substantive experience at a top tier consulting firm with highly technical cloud or data technologies, or within a large enterprise marketing team at a mobile or telco company

    Best in class conflict resolution and negotiation skills

    Experience developing team members to establish and grow C-Level relationships with an ability to simplify and communicate complex topics to an audience with various functional knowledge

    Excellent presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding

    Exemplary analytical and financial acumen

    Enjoy working in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment

    Willing to travel
