About the Role

In this role you will be part of a Testing Team for Salesforce and / or Dell Boomi, and learn all about the testing cycle.

The College / University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the Costa Rica s Graduate Program.

This is a temporary role of 6 months, to learn with us about this amazing team and looking forward to have you longer in the team according to your performance.

Responsibilities :

In this program students working at the company who are enrolled in apprenticeship programs in association with their university.

Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Apply functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives.

Education and Experience

Ongoing Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another related discipline.

Academic knowledge in Software Testing, QA methodologies, process, and tools.

Advanced English Level

Behavioural Skills

Good attitude to learn and pick up activities in Boomi and / or Salesforce.

Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of urgency.

A strong desire to learn and shape your own career path.

Commitment to making a positive lasting stakeholder impact.

Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
