Being an Assistant Manager in Analytics, you willcraft & review business recommendations / proposals that are aligned withlong-term growth strategy.
You will also be responsible of a small group ofAnalysts that executes upon strategic customer initiatives, leverages data-basedinsights to drive / track improvements across multiple touchpoints, channels,products, processes, and vendors.
For such a pivotal role, it’s best that you have abachelor’s degree, with master’s qualification as a bonus. You should have 4+ yearsof experience in the Data Analytics / Science domain including experience inleading a small team (2+ years).
Proven skills in data manipulative &modeling technology (SQL, R, Python etc. at least one if not more). Hands ondata analytics capability along with the ability to weigh in strategicconsiderations & operational / financial realities to make practicalprioritization recommendations.
Ability to communicate in cross cultural environment(which makes English proficiency a must have), creating relationships andinfluencing stakeholders, are the key soft skills to succeed.
