What You’ll Do
Process onboarding of new hires in The Americas.
Assist candidates when they experience issues during the onboarding process.
Communicate with managers, talent acquisition, HR on background check status as well as liaise with background check vendor on technical issues, as well as background checks (missing documentation, decisional backgrounds, etc).
Participate in assessment and audit work regarding compliance center paperwork and redacted background checks.
Resolve and respond to customer issues and questions that involve general HR policies and procedures.
1 year experience working with employment paperwork ( administrative assistant, HR )
Technical diploma in HR or related career
Excelent english level, spoken and written (B2)
Extra Points for any of the Following
Previous knowledge of Workday
1 year working experience in recruiting or other areas in the HR Department
