The Database Administrator I will work as part of a team to develop and implement Experian ' s healthcare collections solutions including setting up of new clients, managing workflows, integration with third party vendors, etc.
Work with consulting, product management, and client services to understand the business requirements for future functionality.
Essential Responsibilities :
Must possess operational skills to evaluate and interpret data files from clients and map it to standard data structures.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to both a technical and non-technical audience.
Will interact with customer IT resources to explain data formats and ensure data extracts satisfy requirements.
Builds ETL components according to specifications. Code must address performance, dependency, auditing, error handling and data quality issues.
Responsible for data integrity as well as the quality of data within Data Warehouse
Apply client-focused continuous quality improvement processes.
Might require On-call rotation
High School Diploma - Required
Bachelors Degree or advanced student in Computer Science or related career is desired.
2-4 years of experience creating, modifying and using SQL store procedures- (SQL)
2 of programming experience developing solutions that are secure, robust and scalable.
Experience inspecting and analyzing different file types and formats- (Filezilla / SQL)
Configure and troubleshoot various file uploading processes- (SSIS / SQL / JAMS / SA Batch System)
Create, modify and use SQL store procedures - (SQL)
Review, analyze and create reports - (Tableau)
Experience using .NET, Visual Studio VB.NET and / or C# for automating business process a plus
Experience with Microsoft SSIS a plus
Experience with Artiva a plus
Experience with software support and delivery in the healthcare industry a plus.
Independent problem solving and self-direction are critical.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks, take initiative and prioritize multiple work items.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required.
Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers.
Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening.
