Manage the end to end sourcing programs and activities for different sourcing category groups generating the maximum value to the company
Lead efficiency Sourcing initiatives that makes the end to end Sourcing and P2P processes better, quicker and valuable. R eview and design world class Sourcing capabilities, across the end to end supply chain, from planning to execution including sourcing strategy, sourcing portfolio management, category management, and contract management Evaluate Internal Sourcing & P2P function, processes, and information / data, understand gaps to world class practices and develop new Sourcing processes and standards.
Effectively communicates relevant program information to stakeholders, resolving and / or escalating issues in a timely fashion, minimizing any exposure and risk to the program Track and measure the delivery of Sourcing Programs on an ongoing basis and communicate with key stakeholders.
Create and support an environment of robust collaboration and teamwork with key internal stakeholders (Accounts Payable, Finance, Legal, Technology, etc.
to align Sourcing / P2P strategies. Build solid business cases to implement sourcing improvement programs. Demonstrate vision and insight into Sourcing & P2P processes in order to continually improve service quality.
Conduct recurrent meetings with stakeholders and functional teams to keep programs going, documenting next steps and keeping program plans updated at any time.
1. Implement changes to address gaps across Sourcing, Category Management, and Sourcing Operations. This includes process standards, leverage technologies, governance, communication and setup of templates and reports.
Provide continuously added value to the Global Sourcing function by executing better and efficient ways to conduct internal processes and procedures between Sourcing Category Teams, Sourcing Operations, Compliance, Legal and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated Project Management Experience Demonstrated track record of assessing and driving transformational improvements in a Procurement / Sourcing function for a global company.
Demonstrated Ability to build solid business cases. Strong Excel and MS Office Skills in general including experience in contract drafting and redlining in Word and PDF applications.
Strong administrative and numeracy analytical skills. Financial / accounting skills is a plus. 5-8 plus years of experience with Technology & Non-
Technology Sourcing and Procurement Processes. Proven experience using Procurement Systems and Applications (SAP & Ariba is an advantage).
Experience in influencing and communicating to an executive audience Process improvement (Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus)
