This developer will be working in a cross-geo team in a large data warehouse application in the Corporate Services domain and will support the development and sustenance activities for the application.
Will also be part of the team providing resolution to customer issues and issues that impact the health of the application in the production environment.
Responsibilities include :
Analyzing the requirements and converting them into system design
Documenting the design
Development of the required technical components
Supporting the deployment activities
Provide status reports and attend Scrum ceremonies.
The candidate is expected to attend meetings outside of regular business hours as part of working with the cross-geo team.
Flexibility is the key
Resolve customer issues and drive the resolution of the issues

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related fields OR relevant work experience of more than 5 years in addition to the below.
2+ years of development experience and exposure to working on large data warehousing applications
1+ years of experience at : Programming skills with exposure to data structures and algorithms NoSQL databases and Bigdata technologies(Hbase / Spark / Scala)Hadoop concepts, configuration and troubleshooting Exposure to Agile Development practices and exposure to automated testing efforts
Advanced English level
Knowledge of any programming SQL
Exposure to Teradata performance analysis and troubleshooting would be an added advantage
