We’re a team of over 8, employees serving countries and territories. We believe when money moves, better things happen. Better starts and ends with the customerAs an Associate, Digital Review Team Analyst, you will analyze digital transactions to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved.

You will communicate with Western Union customers as needed to verify details regarding specific money transfers as well as support customers with their identity verification ensuring that Compliance regulations are met.

You will resolve complex problems and decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with the regular transaction / customer profile verification handling procedures.

After completing our training program, you will be skilled in Risk Assessment, and be able to provide an excellent customer experience.
