IT is seeking an experienced and organized student to perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of individuals & groups.
Typical duties may include, but are not limited to, the following :
o Create and maintain confidential information
o Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
o Makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports
o Maintains office supplies
o Manage calendar schedule, time-sheet management
o Office moves as well as contribute planning people related matters (quarterly events, celebrations, trainings, and others)
o Coordinate / negotiate with other admins for complex meetings and international travel
o Manage department recognition
o Serve as an information resource / communication channel for policies and procedures
o Schedule interviews for candidates and work closely with hiring managers on overall requirements, coordinate on-boarding, and exits.
o Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team
