Job Purpose :
The BAO Support Data Management & Performance Reporting Analyst III will be responsible for executing day-to-day reporting activities in support of Citi’s Third Party Management Program, including the results of the activities supported and performed by the ESC BAO Support.
Reporting activities will also include the monitoring of Citi businesses’ compliance to policies and standards, the BAO Support performance to established SLAs and reporting book of work, and ensuring data accuracy for the reporting of third-
party related metrics. In addition to the daily reporting activities, this role is responsible for generating ad-hoc reporting and related presentations for senior management.
Job Background / Context :
Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) reports in to the Enterprise Infrastructure group which in turn is part of the Citigroup Enterprise O&T division.
ESC aims to deliver world-class end to end supply chain operations to Citigroup through Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management, Supplier Risk Management and Supply Chain Operations including purchase processing and payables.
Enterprise Infrastructure O&T is responsible for providing critical support to Citi on an enterprise-level, across all businesses and Regions.
The Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) organization supports the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, from supplier risk assessment through competitive bidding and selection, to contracting and payment.
The ESC organization’s purpose is to ensure management of the supply chain in an efficient and standardized manner through all stages of the supplier lifecycle, leveraging Citi’s scale to optimize the supply chain while ensuring rigorous controls.
The BAO Support role provides operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance and quality control oversight to businesses across Citi, leveraging a central utility infrastructure, standardized processes and operating procedures are in place to execute robust risk management activities on behalf of BAOs / TPOs throughout the third-
party management life cycle.
Key Responsibilities :
Aggregate data from multiple systems and sources to provide performance management scorecards and other metrics related to Citi’s third-
party risk portfolio, including reporting by :
Third-party relationship level
Interpret data and metrics to produce valuable insight to the overall health of third-party relationships, identifying potential risks, trends, and improvement opportunities Review and strategically analyze data providing credible challenges to, and robust quality checks of, such results where they appear erroneous or exceptional Develop long-
term, strategic reporting solutions that generate consistent outputs using automation methodologies to improve report creation cycle times whilst reducing manual processing and the potential for human error Develop and hold advanced reporting tool training to improve the standard of reporting capabilities across the BAO Support Team globally Responsible to ensure data quality and standardization, and to support data retention plans within the BAO Support Team Liaise with Business Activity Owners (BAOs) in Citi businesses, as well as Sector and Regional Risk teams as necessary Summarize pre-
contract due diligence and post-contract ongoing monitoring results Develop ad hoc senior management presentations and reports Participate in continuous improvement activities
