JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACTThe Recruiter Coordinator will use general recruiting knowledge to provide recruiting services. We seek a professional who will help source, attract and select talent based on business needs, making recommendations as appropriate.
The candidate will be focused on developing and executing efficient processes, while providing a world class client and candidate experience.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Under minimal supervision prepare and coordinate draft requisitions to attract candidate pool
Support process timely correspondence to candidates
Assist in the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity statistics.
Utilize a variety of screening strategies, including the internet and print media.
Assist in the establishment of general hiring standards for all classes of employment, including standardization of screening and interviewing.

High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Other minimum qualifications may applyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Human Resources bachelor’s degree or any related certification
Professional language proficiency in English both written and verbal
Previous HR or recruiting experience
Applicant tracking system experience
Knowledge of country specific employment laws
Previous experience sourcing, pipelining or headhunting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Strong knowledge of time zones and scheduling in multiple regions
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
