In this Process Engineering role you identify, manage, and implement continuous improvement projects for Selling Partners Support.
These projects will require the identification of user needs, the alignment of the user needs to Amazon policies, and the execution of updated processes globally to ensure alignment to policy and its maintenance.
Summary of responsibilities :
Leads and supports process improvement projects at the network level that may have a global impact.
Oversees the project portfolio, assisting Operations Officers and individual project managers with execution and delivery of results.
Engaging with key stakeholders and teams (such as SOP, Training, IT Development, Seller Experience and field Operations) to gain alignment on project charters, implementation plans and success metrics.
Identifying, escalating and / or removing barriers that arise which inhibit project deadlines or other project success outcomes.
Performs quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Demonstrates discretion in coordination of project scoping and selection to align with business objectives.
Audits completed projects to verify sustained impact and partners with Financial Controller to validate impact.
Communicates across all levels on project and program progress.
Facilitates and participates in meetings as necessary to facilitate growth and network-wide parity.
Represent site’s needs in other teams’ prioritization processes (e.g. gathers requirements, builds case, and partners with software teams to deliver improvements).

3+ years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Demonstrated leadership of cross functional projects
Able to function well in loosely structured situations
Works effectively in situations involving uncertainty or lack of information
Effectively handles multiple projects or tasks at the same time
Is open to and responds flexibly to change
Master’s degree in related field (technical or MBA)
