The Opportunity
In the exciting role of Employee Relations Consultant, you will join a proven, robust team at Adobe! We focus on providing direction, supporting employees and sharing recommendations for the resolution of critical and sophisticated employee relations activities.
You will provide consultation and coaching to Americas Region based employees related to areas including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee and manager coaching.
You will have the opportunity to build positive relationships and work closely with all levels of management, Business Partners, Adobe Employment Counsel, Internal Stakeholders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) with the goal to drive high employee engagement and support resolution.

Thus, you will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of company policy, culture and core values, and make recommendations to help resolve sophisticated and unique employment related issues and support vital course of action to drive positive outcomes

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary : $81,500 - $105,900
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
