As an Software Developer Rotation Engineer at Intel, you will be involved in application development; application installation, upgrades, operations, and troubleshooting as well as providing solutions to BI applications.
Within the development rotation, your main role would be analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions that drive productivity and improve the user experience of our internal customers.
You will work with a variety of programming languages and technologies, partner with Business Analysts to clarify customer needs, interpret business requirements and provide automation solutions that meet technical requirements for internal users.
Your work will take from designing, developing, and testing applications, within an Agile driven team (APT) to providing support to the existent application portfolio to keep the Business Running (KTBR).
Within the BI &Analytics rotation, you’d be responsible for troubleshooting and providing solutions to BI applications (back-
end and reporting) as well as developing new code to implement solutions to new user requirements (EDP rotation).
Last but not least, within the EBS rotation you’d analyze issues in our computing environment, troubleshoot and recommend solutions to respond to customer requests / escalations or events as they occur, in this position you will need to utilize your communication skills, both verbal and written, and organizational skills on a daily basis while interacting with support partners and customers and collaborate in projects from inception to delivery.
