This position is to supervise payroll Team, leading a group of payroll analyst responsible of processing the payroll for Latin America.

Responsibilities include ensuring work is completed within the established service levels; according to the standard operating principles, in compliance with laws and regulations of the country and the organization, and a client oriented protocol is consistently followed within the team.

  • The job functions include management of the daily work flow, including monitoring execution, timely and accurate processing;
  • employee performance management; research and resolution of significantly complex business issues. In addition, the role will manage constant reengineering to ensure best in class processes occur for efficiencies and excellent customer service, system enhancements, implementing efficiencies and all system application upgrades.

    Basic Functions :

  • Managing the Payroll team in their duties and responsibilities.
  • Ensuring that daily quality and control measures are followed.
  • Support team members to strengthen and / or improve performance dimensions.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HRMS and Payroll for Latina America, Microsoft Excel Proficient, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
  • Work closely with senior management on both team performance and other project related activities.
  • Performing analysis on complex HR data issues and determines required actions.
  • Provide customer support to HR, managers, and employees.
  • Ability to interact and coordinate with other HR Operations units to deliver results to the clients.
  • Identify, initiate, and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
  • Communicating professionally, effectively, timely and courteously.
  • Be proactive in identifying process improvements, system enhances and effectively manage the change.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in research and analysis activities into causes of pay issues; recommend and implement approved long and short-
  • term solutions for best practices.

  • Ensuring the end-to-end processes are met according to policy and regulatory requirement
  • Qualifications

    Bachelors degree preferably with a concentration in Business, Finance or Accounting or 4 + years of related experience.

    Prior experience managing a team of Analyst and Sr. Analyst.

    Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Banking Platforms. Knowledge of Oracle HRMS Payroll and Workday is a plus.

    Strong communication skills.

    Excellent customer service orientation

    Strong time management skills, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

    Extensive knowledge of HR Shared Services product offerings and understanding of Payroll business processes.

    English Language is required.

    Oriented in details processes and compliance, problem solving and analytical.
