JOB ASSIGNMENTS : Responsible for defining and conducting the commercial actions and policies of the Primary Business unit so as to create demand for the increase in revenues, maximizing profitability, acquiring market share and building customer loyalty, according to the commercial strategies established by the company.
Responsible for management, planning and representation of your business unit according to the guidelines and recommendations established by the company, in order to safeguard the corporate interests in the CA&C markets, the positioning of the brand, profitability and growth in the short, medium and long-term.
Responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling the development of marketing strategies and objectives relating to its product group, as well as identifying market opportunities, actions intended for increasing market share, P&L (Profit & Loss) management and also ensure maximization of financial and human resources available according to the company’s global directives.
MAIN ATTRIBUTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Promote the expansion, profitability of business unit, upon the definition of guidelines and strategic movements, control of the operating and organizational results and the identification of market growth opportunities -
new businesses, products, etc. according to the strategy in place;
Assure increased revenues and profit, promoting the strengthening, integrity, preservation and value of the image and products of your unit based on strategic and competitive repositioning movements;
Assure the performance defined by the company seeking a quality relationship with clients across the region - major accounts and adequate profitability by monitoring commercial performance indicators;
Assure that the operational plans, development of products and services, project and people performance measurements are running in a way that allows the revenue, profit, turnover and market share objectives established in the strategic plan;
Develop strategic alliances in order to strengthen the strategic positioning and increase the market share and incremental revenues;
Assure the commercial profitability of the sales to major accounts upon the definition and establishing a pricing policy that guarantees the results and uphold the competitiveness of the products and client loyalty;
Assure the viability of your business unit’s budget, upon the management of the sales resources and volumes, defining performance targets, objectives and indicators for the commercial area under your responsibility;
Identify opportunities, evaluate the viability and make company’s compliance levels.
Maximize revenues through Profit & Loss management according to established guidelines;
Leading the development of the strategic trademark plan, and align recommendations with the regional and regional team and executive management;
